The aim of PerformanSe is, for the business environment, to set up an operative model towards the reading of personality in action, from the point of view of the enacted behaviour and the motivations that sustain it. TRAINING AND ENABLING
The PerformanSe tools are built on two theoretical foundations: an original model for reading behaviours that can be interpreted in observable skills and the systemic relational approach that considers the person responsible for their own development, an active subject in the evaluation process.
To effectively use the proposed range of solutions, it is necessary to obtain a certification through a specific qualifying training. This path allows to acquire the keys of interpretation to interpret the model, with particular attention to the ethical principles and the deontology of use in the various fields of application: assessment, recruiting, development, career coaching, training...
