When I imitate animals with my children, I always associate myself with the salmon, a creature that swims against current in an element that is constantly changing – water. That is probably the reason why, after a few experiences in Italy and abroad, I settled in a city that grew along the course of a river. In 2004, I took part in the foundation of Risorse, which has become a well-blended team of complementary players, where each one brings his or her own added value and compensates the others. We wanted to create an entity in Italy capable of spreading the tools and the approach of Performanse, in which we all believe. In Risorse, I take care of the planning of assessment paths to develop skills in organizations. I meet the companies, study their dynamics, and understand their needs. Starting from the information I obtain from the observation of their life, I build a project and work at its implementation by combining my business background with the humanistic dimension, which is at the basis of everything.

I put a Pothos plant on a shelf in my office because it reminds me that water, light and care help a bud become a marvellous, strong and resistant plant. I have always believed in training for adults. When I was a young girl, I worked in the social sector, in close contact with people in need, with people who needed help to be reintegrated in society. It was back in the 90’s, when a new awareness was emerging: the importance of offering adults the opportunity to re-plan their lives and keep growing, both as human beings and in their careers. I appreciated this approach very much and I understood that I wanted it to become a job. In 1998, I met PerformanSe and my adventure started. In 2004, Risorse was founded to promote self-knowledge as a fundamental value. Now I am a trainer and team coach in this company, following a holistic approach. I keep constantly updated to integrate scientific assessment tools with techniques from different fields.

Sabrina Bonomi

When I was a little girl, I had a dream: to become a school teacher. I always remember it when I start a new course. I love the relationship with the classroom; creating the most favourable atmosphere for learners to be enabled to express their inner being and live the experience of a mutual exchange that enriches each one of us. Life brought me elsewhere for some time, and I worked in the logistic department of a company. But nothing happens by mere chance. When I had completed a project, the general manager told me he would move me to the human resources department because, in his opinion, I had “managed to create a team by involving people and establishing an empathetic relationship with them”. He has seen something in me that I had not yet realized myself. So, I started studying, I was trained and expanded my knowledge and perspectives. In the Risorse team I work as senior consultant and trainer, taking care of training and organizational consulting. That dream eventually found its way to become true.

Luca Colautti

The watch I wear on my wrist is a present from my father; it represents the value of time and the importance to use it properly. With this in mind, one day I wondered “What will I do when I grow up?” After many years of experience in the HR departments of several companies, I still wanted to work with and for the people, but in a new way. I was inspired by a sentence of Seth Godin, which summarizes my approach in professional contexts, both as fractional manager and as consultant and coach: “… don’t stop in front of the things everybody sees, who can’t stand sentences like ‘everybody does this’ or ‘we’ve always done it this way’ … who have visions … who look ahead … turn the future into reality”. So I was trained and I became an independent professional who faces new challenges every day, with an open, innovative and creative approach: it takes more effort, but it is more thrilling. I am a senior consultant and a development coach in the Risorse team; I take care of training projects and coaching paths, and I am a corporate advisor for the organizational and human resources areas. 

Giulia Zenone

I still remember the joy I felt as a little girl, when my parents bought me a scooter. They had realized how keen I was to socialize and to follow my practical and autonomous spirit. I joined Risorse to become the organizational support for their team. I keep contacts with the public, with customers and colleagues. I prepare training materials and I take care of the secretary’s office, organizing events and business travels. In my group of friends, I am renowned for being the one to ask for help for anything; relationships with others have always been the center of everything for me. After my degree in Training Sciences, my passion for languages led me to live several experiences in the tourism sector, but my goal was human resources. In 2018 my stubbornness was awarded: my opportunity arrived with Risorse and now I am happy that I seized it.
